What are the service requirements to subscribe to Plutu?

An email, phone number, commercial registration, license to practice the service, and a merchant account in one of the electronic payment methods available on Plutu.

Why do you need licensed business documents to sign up to Plutu?

Plutu needs a merchant account. Plutu requires paperwork in registration because the licensed business must be licensed, and unlicensed activities do not have the right to open a merchant account in the payment methods.

Do I have to have a website or application to benefit from the service?

You do not need to have your own website or application, you can start your business directly through the billing service and payment links.

Are there additional subscriptions or other fees that you have to pay?

There are no additional fees, payment is based on the purchases made on your account, and if you do not receive payments, you will not pay any fees.

Are your payments collected in an account with Plutu?

No, Plutu is a technical solution to facilitate e-commerce and has nothing to do with payments at the source.

What is the period that must not be exceeded in paying the bill?

The maximum period is 30 days from sending the invoice, after which your account will be suspended in the event of non-payment and the account will remain recoverable for up to 60 days, then it will enter the deletion stage and you will not be able to recover it after that.

What is the payment mechanism in Plutu?

Payment is per use only, as an invoice is issued at the end of each month, according to the value of the monthly income.

Does Plutu save my clients’ data and financial balances?

No, Plutu saves data through which the merchant can identify each transaction, just to help him with review and refunds.
