SADAD service is an electronic payment service provided by Al-Madar Al-Jadid Company, which is one of the mobile service providers in Libya, it is an electronic wallet that allows users to pay with it in various fields, as it enables the user to recharge his balance through his bank account or direct deposits from multiple branches. It’s one of the services of Al-Madar Al-Jadid Company, which was established in 1995 and includes more than 5 million subscribers. SADAD has become one of the leading services in the field of e-commerce and banking transactions.

It’s a service provided by the Libyan banks affiliated with the Nomu Network and the Libyan National ٍswitch Program, which combine approximately 14 Libyan banks, and recently, the services have been activated to operate via the Internet in online purchasing, besides current operations such as automatic withdrawal from ATM and purchase through the points of sale that available in markets and shops. 

The number of customers who own local bank cards is about 1.3 million, and the service has gained great popularity recently after bank cards were linked directly to the customers’ accounts, which led to facilitating their use and eliminating the need to top up manually.

Adfali is a service provided by the Bank of Commerce and Development, which was established in 1993 by Resolution No. (1), to enable users to pay electronically via the app or text messages, directly from their bank account balances, allowing users to purchase from more than 200 local stores in several fields.
